Be careful what you ask for

Todays motto must be "be careful what you ask for".

Something interesting did happen att work, however I kinda wish that it hadn't. Today I worked answering the phone, most people that phone in are actually really nice even though they sometimes have to wait in queue, but every now and then you get the... not so nice people. And with "not so nice" I mean... morons.

I had an angry costumer yelling at me because I said his product had to be turned into the service department and that we could not just give him a new product. Then it got interesting. He told me he would want to come and smash our windows in because that would cost us much to repair. When I asked him not to threathen us he asked me what I thought I could do about it, would I go to the police? Because he had a company that was open 24/7 and they knew what to do with squealers! Right then I was just angry at him and managed to end the phone call without yelling at him. But after awhile when it started to sink in... I can handle a threath against the company, but that last part.. that was a threath against me.

I kept it together well at work.. but to be honest.. I cried when I got home. I let my emotions get to me... but I think I deserved some tear work!
